Volvo Rents has acquired Sheffer Rents of Central Pennsylvania, a single location construction equipment rental company based in York. 

Previously co-owned by Volvo Rents franchisees Clint Sheffer and Susan Renoll, the center is located at 730 Neu Road in York and serves all of Central Pennsylvania.

Sheffer Rents of Central Pennsylvania serves Berks, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, York, Adams, Franklin, Lancaster and Lebanon counties.

In addition to Volvo Rents’ line of Volvo compact equipment, the rental center carries equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial and homeowner markets. The focus is on daily, weekly and monthly rentals.

Store hours are Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Additionally, Volvo Rents offers 24-hour service, every day of the week.
