Topcon acquires Roadware, paving machine software and hardware developer
Topcon Corporation announces that Topcon Europe Positioning B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Netherlands, acquired all business and assets of Roadware B.V., a developer of software and hardware for paving machine control solutions.
Roadware is also headquartered in the Netherlands.

Joop Mennink, founder of Roadware, said in a written statement, “After many years of close partnership with Topcon, this company integration is an important step to take our technology to the next level. The products of both companies are highly complementary and will offer our customers a truly seamless product portfolio, covering basic and most advanced automation needs.”
“In addition,” Mennink continued in the written statement, “Topcon’s global presence and extensive dealer network provide access to customers in every part of the world. I look forward to an exciting future together.”
