The annual observance of National Stop on Red Week is Aug. 7-13, 2011.

In recognition of this public safety event, a public service announcement (PSA) titled “Red Means Stop” is being promoted throughout the United States.

Radio stations are being encouraged to use the PSA during Stop on Red Week.
