Engine oil lasts two to five times longer when cleaned with a centrifuge vs. a filter

Recent testing on heavy equipment has shown that if oil is no changed at 250 hours, with the use of a centrifuge and semi-synthetic oil oil change intervals can go to at least 750 hours and many go over. This extended change can save a company thousands of dollars per year in labor, down time and oil and filter costs. Return on investment is in months not years
Dieselcraft Division of Magnum Group of Auburn California has developed the OC-25 C Oil Centrifuge for all internal combustion gas and diesel engines. Engine oil pressure spins the centrifuge rotor at a rate up to 6,000 rpm’s generating a centrifugal force which is 2,000 times greater than gravity. That force separates the solid contaminates from the main oil supply. The solids are stuck to the inside of the rotor, which is easily cleaned.no filter to dispose of.
The OC-25 has over 5 times the debris-holding capacity plus is 100 times more efficient than any filters on the market. This is because the OC-25 Centrifuge removes dirt and wear particles from the oil flow all together. Where filters take solids and hold them from circulating further but plug, reduce oil flow and eventually reach the point of not working.
The average oil film thickness between loaded components in your engine is between 5 and 20 microns. According to the SAE, particles as small as four microns can cause up to 77 percent of engine wear.
Contaminant particles less than 1 micron are removed by the OC-25, eliminating the wear and tear on close tolerance metal parts by at least 50 percent.
The OC-25 only requires only a NPT tapped hole to return oil to the engine. It also has a universal mounting plate making the OC25 much more flexible in its applications than any other centrifuge on the market. The kit comes complete with all the needed hoses fittings and a spare rotor to make maintenance a two-minute job.
A dealer program is offered.
