Pioneer Equipment Rental and Sales of Ponca City, Okla., is now an authorized retail dealer of Doosan Portable Power’s line of air compressors and light construction equipment.
Pioneer Equipment Rental has previously offered Ingersoll Rand-branded air compressors on a rental basis. Now the company will offer sales and support of air compressors, as well as the Doosan Portable Power line of lighting systems, rammers, vibrator plate and walk-behind roller compactors.
“Ingersoll Rand-branded air compressors have always been in our rental line,” said John Redwine, principal of Pioneer Equipment Rental, in a written statement. “Expanding into retail and adding the lighting systems and light compaction fits into our renewed focus on offering the newest and finest machines available.”
Rita Moore, director of sales, North America, for Doosan Portable Power, also noted in the same written statement: “Doosan Portable Power has enjoyed a great relationship with Pioneer Equipment Rental over the years, and we are excited to have them represent our products in Oklahoma.”
Redwine started Pioneer Equipment Rental and Supply in 1998. Later, he and his father, Larry Redwine, combined their separate equipment rental businesses and have steadily grown the business since that time — opening the 10th Pioneer location in April 2010.
Pioneer is currently the largest independent rental company in Oklahoma. The company provides equipment sales, rental and complete service and support for the construction and industrial market, as well as municipalities and homeowners.
Pioneer Equipment Rental and Sales has nine locations throughout Oklahoma and one location in Denton, Texas.
