These popular units are available with a standard high output heating area of 16 square feet. Weighing only 185 lbs., this heater can go almost anywhere. Two units are capable of pining together to heat a 4×8 area, and still be operated with a single control.. The 4×4″s have low fuel consumption, up to 3 hours of operation per 20 lb. propane tank. It can reheat almost any asphalt to a pliable texture in under 5 minutes. The unit is also available in a Split Channel version, which gives the operator an option to heat one half of the box at a time. Changing which side receives the heat is made easy with a switch on the T-handle, next to the timer switch. The 4×4 Heaters are the ideal units for mid-size patching, utility repairs as well as small areas of stamped asphalt application or repair.
