Announcing the New MLT 735 Multi-Purpose Telehandler

Waco, Texas. Manitou North America is pleased to announce the addition of a new model to the Evolution series of multi-purpose telehandler models. The MLT 735 replaces the previous MLT 634 and MLT 741 units. The 735 combines the best features of its predecessors and incorporates many new additional features. These features include an EPA Tier III compliant engine, the new Evolution cab, paint, and decal scheme. Other value added benefits include an improved light package, improvements to the air conditioning system and the addition of the new JSM joystick. This model continues the tradition of Manitou presenting the most comprehensive and effective solutions to the requirements of agricultural and multi-purpose material handling applications.Perkins engines continue to be featured in the entire range of MLT products. The new TIER III engines incorporate advanced technologies like common rail fuel injection systems, and computer management, both designed to specifically reduce the amount of particulate emissions as set forth by EPA regulations. Additional benefits of the advanced Perkins technology are improved torque, quicker throttle response, quieter engine, improved fuel efficiency and B20 bio-diesel compatibility.
All models are now equipped with new work lights and road lights. In addition, the MLT 735 Evolution will also include an external toolbox and a new decal scheme. The Evolution 735 retains Michelin tires but has upgraded to the 460/70-24 XMCL which features increased tread life, reinforced lugs, greater traction and reduced ground compaction.
The MLT 735 Evolution features an upgraded A/C system with a 12% increase in cooling performance and airflow.
